A local IT teamthat answers for it.
Your Technology Corporation was founded in Peoria by Hrachya Mkrtchyan on a simple idea: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same careful, security-first IT that large companies get — from people who know them by name.
Our story
We started by fixing computers for neighbors and small offices in the northwest Valley, and kept seeing the same pattern: businesses paying for IT only when something broke, with nobody responsible for the quiet risks in between.
So we built a different kind of IT company — one paid to keep things working rather than to bill for repairs. Today we manage the networks, devices, cloud accounts and security of businesses across Peoria, Glendale, Surprise and the wider Phoenix metro, from medical practices to warehouses.
We are deliberately small enough that you'll talk to the same people every time, and structured enough to deliver round-the-clock monitoring, documented processes and security reviews that stand up to auditors and insurers.
How we work
Four promiseswe keep.
- Plain English
No jargon, no condescension. If we can't explain why something matters, we shouldn't recommend it.
- Security by default
Every setup we touch gets MFA, encryption, tested backups and monitoring — not as upsells, as standard.
- You own everything
Your passwords, documentation and accounts belong to you. If you ever leave, the handover is complete.
- Fixed, predictable cost
One monthly fee for managed clients. Projects are quoted in writing before work starts.
Monsoon season,midnight, Monday.
Threats don't keep business hours, so neither does our monitoring. Alerts are triaged around the clock and escalated to an engineer who already knows your environment.
