Run · Cloud & Microsoft 365
Move to the cloudwithout losing a file.
Email, files and line-of-business apps don't need to live on an aging server in a closet. We plan and run migrations to Microsoft 365 and Azure, then manage licensing, security and backups so the cloud stays tidy after the move.

Overview
A good migration is mostly preparation: mapping who needs access to what, cleaning up old shares, and scheduling the move so nobody arrives Monday morning to missing folders. We migrate email from any provider, move file shares into SharePoint and Teams with permissions intact, and retire servers you no longer need.
After the move we keep managing it. That means right-sizing your Microsoft licenses so you're not paying for features nobody uses, hardening security defaults, and backing up Microsoft 365 data — something Microsoft itself recommends you do.

FAQ
Commonquestions.
How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?
For most businesses with under 50 users, planning takes one to two weeks and the move itself happens over a weekend.
Do we still need backups if our data is in Microsoft 365?
Yes. Microsoft keeps the service running, but recovering deleted or encrypted data beyond its short retention windows is your responsibility. We add independent backups.
Should we get rid of our server entirely?
Sometimes. Some line-of-business software still runs best on a local or hosted server. We'll give you a cost comparison before recommending anything.
